I was hoping for more ways to customize things, but the options felt limited. It just didn’t give me enough choices to really make it feel like my own.

I ordered from excelmerchandise.com and the tracking was useless. It would either not update at all or just show the same status for days, so I had no real idea where my package was. What made it more annoying was the lack of any actual human contact—everything felt automated, and I couldn’t get a straight answer from a real person. After checking several times and still being left in the dark, I’m frustrated. I don’t think I’d order from them again if this is how delivery and support are handled.

But the delivery took way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check on it myself. What really annoyed me was that the terms seemed to change from what I thought I was agreeing to when I ordered, which made the whole thing feel even more frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly.

I reached out to support about an issue I was having, they didn’t help much at first. I was kind of frustrated, though to be fair, they were polite and did try to point me in the right direction.

I mean, it’s not bad or anything, just sort of regular stuff. The shipping took a while more than I was expecting, so that was a little annoying. But the item itself is fine, just not like wow amazing or anything.

Overall it was okay, but I do regret not factoring in extra time because the proof took longer than I expected. Everything worked out, but the wait was a bit frustrating.

I felt like some of the prices were fair, but a few things seemed a Bit too high for what they were. Not terrible overall, just not the best deals Everywhere

I ordered a hoodie the print looked faded as soon as I took it out of the bag. Like faded, faded. Some of the edges were a little blurry too, which made the design look different from the preview. The hoodie itself was okay and shipping was fine, but I’m just not happy with the print quality.

I was browsing Excelmerchandise and the selection was better than I expected. There were quite a few options, and I didn’t have to spend forever trying to find the kind of items I was looking for

A few sections could be a little easier to sort through, but it still felt like they had a decent variety instead of just repeating the same products over and over
I’d give it 4 stars overall since the range is solid, even if it’s not totally perfect. I’d probably check the site again next time I need something similar

My order from Excelmerchandise got here on time, so that part was fine. The packaging was kind of just okay though, the box had this dent on one side, and the tape looked like it was barely hanging on in one corner.

Luckily nothing was damaged or anything like that, so I can’t complain too much. I just think they could use a sturdier box or put a little more padding inside. Not awful, just one of those things that could be improved.

The return rules felt a little too strict for me, haha. It just seemed like more hassle than it was worth, so I probably wouldn’t go through the process again

I ordered two specific merch items , but what showed up wasn’t what I picked . One was the wrong size , and the other had the wrong design . I reached out to support , but it took a while to hear back and the issue still never really got fixed . frustrating , and I don’t think I’ll order again

I did hear back from customer service, but it took longer than I was hoping. Once they finally replied, the help was fine and they answered my questions. Overall, I’d say it was an okay experience, but the slow response would make me a bit hesitant to rely on them if I needed help quickly.
